Seth Green and Clare Grant are our special guests on Let's Voltron for this 33rd episode. Marc has a unique extended conversation with Seth and Clare about their careers, their Voltron fandom and memories, and what would need to happen to make that Voltron Live-Action Feature Film that everyone so desperately craves.

So, for those of you who may not follow Seth and Clare's fantastic careers (you will after listening to this podcast), here's an introduction to our celebrity guests:

Seth Green

Seth Green is the ultimate multitasker simultaneously working on multiple film and TV projects as an actor and as a creator/executive producer/writer. His Emmy® Award for Outstanding Short-Format Animated Program, multiple Annie Awards (including one for Seth for directing) and multiple Emmy® nominations as Outstanding Voice-Over Performer, attest to the fact that he successfully manages to do everything well and give the illusion that it's effortless. That's a little tougher to do now that he's on five television shows at once. If you do the math, that doesn't leave much time for sleep or anything else. Seth recently joined the cast of Nickelodeon's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles as Leonardo. The show began its third season last month. He also has several series in development.

In films, Green starred in the 2013 Lionsgate feature Sexy Evil Genius, with Katee Sackhoff, Michelle Trachtenberg and Harold Perrineau. He also narrated the filmmakers' documentary, Jujitsuing Reality, about Scott Lew, who wrote the film while fighting ALS. The doc was short-listed as a nominee for an Academy Award. Green starred as Lou Taylor Pucci's autistic boss in The Story of Luke, which won numerous film festival awards. He also starred with Ray Liotta, Ashley Judd and Joey Pantoliano in The Identical. Green has the starring role in the upcoming animated film, Yellowbird, with Dakota Fanning.

Green stars in Robot Chicken, the Emmy® Award-winning, stop-motion animated series on Adult Swim. Green and Stoopid Monkey producing partner Matthew Senreich created Robot Chicken and Green serves as exec producer, primary voice talent, writer and sometimes director of the pop culture parody show, which debuted in February 2005 and earns great reviews while garnering the highest ratings of any original program on the network. Last season, Green also starred the 20th/Fox live action comedy series Dads, a show that extended his relationship with Family Guy boss Seth MacFarlane, where Green has voiced naive son Chris Griffin since the inception of the popular animated comedy series. Green also voices A-Bomb on Disney XD's Marvel's Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H.

Robot Chicken just wrapped season 7, which began with the sequel to the Robot Chicken DC Comics Special, both specials were directed by Green. The show's DVDs are often the top-selling TV shows upon their release. In 2012, they teamed with Buddy Systems to unveil their new animation studio, Stoopid Buddy Stoodios. Green is also the investor/spokesperson for Shodogg, a proprietary video delivery platform. In his free time, he and his wife are active fans of space travel and the science and technology behind it.

Clare Grant

Clare Grant is a Memphis-born actress who grew up very active in the local theater and film scene. Upon graduation from the University of Memphis with a degree in Theater Performance, she modeled overseas before devoting herself to her first passion: acting. After quickly booking a small but pivotal role in the Academy Award-winning film, Walk the Line, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting full time.

While in Memphis, Clare met local director, Craig Brewer, who cast her as the lead in several independent films before casting her in his studio film, Black Snake Moan, and later as the lead in his MTV series, $5 Cover. Finding luck in LA, Clare immediately booked a leading role on the Emmy-winning Showtime series, Masters of Horror, followed by film and television leads and guest-starring roles in such television series as CSI: Miami, Robot Chicken, Warren the Ape, MAD, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, The Graves and others.

As a producer, Clare created and starred in the short film, Saber, which won two LucasFilm Fan Film Awards for Audience Choice and for Best Action. Saber II has received over 2 million hits in the past month. With her creative partners, Team Unicorn, she continues to create and produce geek-centric viral sensations including the award-winning G33K & G4M3R Girls, A Very Zombie Holiday and superHarmony. Now Clare also has a Team Unicorn pilot at Adult Swim.

Let's Voltron Podcast is proud to present this intimate interview with Seth Green and Clare Grant, who are truly Voltron superfans, like many of the listeners to the podcast.
