Shane shares how his journey led him to opening up his successful plant based restaurant Panacea, and the other career opportunities that he has experienced by following his truth and diving into the world of nutrition. Aside from his current business, in the past Shane has also worked with people such as Tony Sheiu - CEO of Zappos and creator the Downtown Project to create Las Vegas’ Downtown juice bar formerly known as Grassroots. He’s also the co-creator of Greens & Proteins a famous health foods kitchen with multiple locations. Shane also works with programs in public schools and at the Clark County Detention Center where he helps students and prisoners alike learn about the importance.
