She co-owns Sperlinga Tobacco, is a Sommelier and Habanos Sommelier certified in Cuba, as well as Master Cigar Sommelier by the IACS. Danays is an associate professor, for the Branch School of the Ministry of Tourism in Cuba, for the courses of Sommeliers and Habanos Sommeliers. She is a Certified IACS Instructor and designated IACS Ambassador for Europe.
