Melissa is an artist that hails from Portland, OR. Her parents were missionaries and she was able to experience Peru and Machu Pichu early in her life. Her family was in the military, so she was able to travel around the states as a kid too. She didn't start painting until twenty-six but after she saw Jessie painting a mural at a coffee shop she was inspired to be an artist herself. She went home that night and starting pouring paint on random pieces of glass and wood and what it became.... was amazing.
