Retired Agent Vincent McNally became an instructor in Crisis (Hostage) Negotiations and Program Manager for the FBI's Critical Incident Stress Management teams at the FBI Academy. Vince reviews a hostage negotiation case in Honolulu, Hawaii, involving a workplace violence situation.
