Asking questions and exploring trends can help us with being proactive and "future-proofing." 4.            After asking great questions, great leaders experiment without fear of failure. Taking sensible chances can help you build your creativity and resilience. 5.            Hold the eye-roll - as leaders, it's important that we build empathy and emotional intelligence.
