037: Caring for Mind, Body, and Spirit with Fun Earth Co

from Holistic Interior Design Podcast

In this episode, I interview Fun Earth Co Co-Founder Jaimie Lee Bess about her entrepreneurial journey, and how her focus shifted when she began to see things from a holistic perspective. She shares how she came into sound meditation and began working with mushrooms, which she found worked together well in rituals and healing sessions. Jaimie also tells us about the beautiful rituals she has in her own life, and we talk about how our individual rituals nourish us.Guest Bio Jaimie is a fitness coach, sound healer, and entrepreneur. She co-founded Fun Earth Co alongside her partner, Zach, and friend Corey in 2020. Fun Earth Co is a functional mushroom company with a mission to teach people about the healing benefits of functional mushrooms and make them a part of people's daily routines. Their most popular product, Mushroom Mocha was even the featured coffee drink at Alfred's coffee last season, and is popping up in local coffee and juice shops in the LA area. In 2021, Jaimie found sound meditation and fell in love. She became certified and invested in a bunch of instruments and began teaching classes and hosting events around LA, Joshua Tree, and Sedona.
