Tracy is the founder and executive director of Icing Smiles, a non-profit organization that provides custom celebration cakes to children with critical illness and their siblings. She believes that everyone has a responsibility to give back with their God given talents. Tracy has identified two. One is her artistic skill of cake decorating and the other is the skill with numbers. Cake decorating is much more fun, but unfortunately, doesn’t pay the bills.
