In this episode, I chat with Jenny Westerkamp, the dietitian behind All Access Dietetics (AAD), a company she started during her own internship with a mission to support RD2Bes and current RDs in their professional journeys. We discuss...how to apply lessons from the internship to our actual careers; why all RDs, even those not in entrepreneurial roles, need to know how to sell themselves (and tips for my fellow introverts for doing it in less intimiating ways!), and why not getting your "dream job" isn't always a bad thing.
