We all want to be leaders that are attentive to the heartbeat of our organization, team members, family members, friends, church etc. But if we are honest, it is really easy to pay more attention to our mind, thoughts, desires, plans over the thoughts, desires, plans of others. Deep down, we have a desire to show value, love, and worth to the people we lead or influence, but how do we do that well? Where does empathy play in?
