The NFL for years distanced itself from gambling, to the point they totally discredited the idea of gambling.  Defo and Lubie find it funny that these days the NFL has a franchise in Las Vegas (gambling central), and is even hosting the 2022 NFL Draft in the middle of Las Vegas. For years gambling was the big No-No, but NOW with all the money to be had the NFL and every other major sporting entity has fully embraced it.  Defo and Lubie both love this and laugh at the hypocrisy that went on for years!
