04 - Intuitive Decision Making

I'm so excited to be talking about Intuitive decision making in episode 4! This has been the single most impactful thing on my journey in shifting my perspective and creating a life that I love on bringing into my experience, the things that I desire on even knowing what on earth they are. “When we can connect to our intuition, when we can understand how to make decisions aligned with our human design, strategy and authority, that completely unlocked everything for me.” “You can't make a bad decision, what we can do is we can practice making decisions, we can be aware of how it feels when we make a decision, we can start to unpack it. So the next time were presented with a similar decision we can act more from alignment” “So we've been taught to make decisions that we can justify, that we can explain, that other people can understand, that other people looking in can say, oh, yeah, in your position, I would make the same decision. Because ultimately, We want to avoid the pain of separation, the pain from criticism, the pain from misunderstanding the pain from disagreement, the pain from disapproval, we don't want to feel separated from people we love, because they disagree with a decision we've made” Press play to join me in this conversation.
