Jessica McPartlin is the General Manager of Tivoli Bar and Grill in San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter. Jessica grew up working in the bar industry as the daughter of former Navy SEAL Greg McPartlin, who founded McP’s Irish Pub on Coronado Island. On this episode we dive into her journey working for mom-and-pop bars and restaurants, her experience of being a female GM at the city's oldest bar, and the importance of bringing your authentic self into the industry.
