Melanie Neal is the owner and founder of Zella Ruby Media, a marketing consulting firm.  After trying to look for another corporate job, and realizing she had lost her passion of working for someone else, she decided to take the leap and start on her own.  Within just a few months she landed a Shark Tank contestant and winner and took on the challenge of launching his speaking career.
