So of course, I had to make fish for Food for Thought!-Salmon filets-Thai sweet chili saucePreheat oven to 400F. Line a baking tray with foil. Place salmon filets on the foil and coat with sauce. Bake roughly 15 minutes- adjust based on filet thickness. Done! This is one of the easiest and tastiest dinners Pat and I have weekly.
