#040 What Have you Decided Something isn't in the Cards for You?

Are your beliefs of what's possible holding you back. If so, listen up: You may have heard about a 4th tier football (soccer) team in Sweden—Ostersunds FK—who had little hopes of winning until their coach, Graham Porter, a Brit who never coached a team before noticed that all the teams trained the same, organized the same and played the same. So he mixed things up. In addition to practicing, he had his team step outside of their comfort zone and try something new. He required his players to perform Swan Lake for their community; write a book; stage a rock concert; mentor a team of refugees in Darfur and more.Can you imagine soccer players performing a ballet? It doesn't seem possible, right?Not only did they do it, this little known team went from fourth-tier players to first-tier. In 2017, they wont the Swedish Cup and went on to play in the Europa League.
