Yes, I know what you think of me. You never shut up, never shut up, never shut up, never shut up, never shut up. I'm on her side in this brutal war. Welcome to Never Shut Up.

I'm your host, Rosecrash. Today is April 9th, 2026, and we're talking about Trouble's Lament, but first, we're gonna talk about the tour. What did you think? What did you think of the set list?

Oh my god, what did you think of what she's wearing? Ah, I'm so excited to talk about this ad nauseum. Good thing. At least I'm running the set list live on the Really Deep Thoughts Facebook group.

But you know what? Send us a message about what you thought in Instagram, you know, on all the socials. If you're following us, and if you're not following us, you better be following us. And are you playing Wills and Wands?

I can't wait to see who wins. It's gonna be me. It's not. But it's gonna be me.

It's gonna be me. Anyway, Trouble's Lament is about, well, you know, Trouble. It's not Tori. Trouble's kind of falling out with Satan.

And you need friends. So who do you turn to? We all need support. We all need support in this brutal war.

And Tori's providing the support for Trouble, who's kind of falling out with the white-collar kind of Satan. Because it's always the white-collar kind of Satan in Tori's world. But that's fine. You know, that's her perspective.

We respect the perspective. So who do you turn to? How do you receive support? How do you give support to other people?

These are great questions to think about today. Who is on your side in this brutal war? And whose side are you on in this brutal war? The war being people.

It's always people. Ew, gross. People. So with that, let's do our practice.

And our practice today is Salamba Bharad Vajasana. This is a supported twist. Salamba is the word that means support. So using a pillow, multiple pillows, a stack of blankets, whatever you need to give yourself some support so you can rest.

The idea, especially when we're in support in more restorative poses, of which Salamba Bharad Vajasana is, is to not really feel much of the work taking place. So it's not about feeling the stretch. It's more about, well, receiving the support and resting into it. Just because you don't feel it doesn't mean it's not happening, right?

And just because we don't feel things going on doesn't mean they're not happening. As always, when we do our postures, don't do it if you're driving. So come to a seated position. We're going to go to the right to start because we always want to squish the right side of our belly.

It's a pooping thing. You're going to come down onto the floor. The easiest way to get into this is by sitting on your heels and you're going to bring the support right next to your right hip. Then as you exhale, you're going to shift your hips off of your feet.

So your feet are going to be to your left and that blanket support is still at your right hip. Then inhale here, exhale, rotate your torso without rotating your hips towards the blankets, the cushion, your support. And then you're going to lay down on top of it, your abdomen. Turn your head into one side.

It increases the intensity of the twist if you turn your head to the right. But you can turn it to the left or you can keep your head at center. Relax your shoulders here. This is all about receiving support from cushions, from the earth, from your friends.

How often do you allow yourself to receive support? Think about that if you're listening to this and you're like, well, I'm not going to do that pose. That might be a sign that we struggle to receive support. Now it's best to remain here for a couple of minutes.

If you fall asleep, it's no big deal. You'll wake up and do the other side. But let yourself really receive the support and rest. And then whenever you're ready, you'll use your hands to press yourself up to come back to center.

And then we take it to the other side. So this could be more than a five-minute practice today. But, you know, as I like to say, five minutes a day, at least five minutes a day, is so much better than 60 minutes once a week. And with all of that, I thank you so much for joining me and Tori for a little mental yoga today.

Yay for a tour! See you tomorrow. Bye. Bye.

Bye. Bye. She got betrayed by her friend's death And all the flames from Satan's son are charged And looking at her ears She is for Satan's dangers You speak, deal of stories And Satan knows how danger makes you feel What will be, will be, baby You don't You don't want me to cry You grow No tears in my eyes You're dangerous, who wants To find me I'm getting ready You can find me Trouble the little old girls Are the co-per-roo-po From Tucson to Ohio Got through to the the co-per-roo And she is On to build funny thoughts of songs And girls around the world Standing up to Satan dancing On Satan like good song I'm on her side of this What do you do? Do what I do?

You don't, you don't need to cry. Fear of no tears in my eyes. It's dangerous to help me. I'll admit he can find me.
