041 – Noah Cochran: Ultra Marathon Champion. Happy, but Never Satisfied

He recently ran 100 Miles in under 15 hours!  That is fast! In this interview, you get to go inside the mindset of an ultra-marathon runner and understand how Noah continues to push himself.  Noah has a consistent desire to get better.  If he loses a race, he wants to improve.  But, a big takeaway with Noah is, even if he WINS, he wants to find ways to improve himself.  That is incredible!  He is a happy young man, but he’s never satisfied and always wants to improve!
