257. Allah, iman edenlerin velisidir, dostudur. Onları karanlıktan aydınlığa çıkarır.         Reddedip inkar edenlerin ise dostu Tağut'tur. Onları ise nurdan karanlığa sokar.         Ateşin halkıdır işte onlar. Onlar ki, orada sonsuza kadar kalacak kimselerdir. 258. Bir de Allah'ın kendisine saltanat verdiği kişinin, İbrahim'le tartıştığını görmedin mi?         Açıkçası İbrahim: "Benim Rabbim diriltir ve öldürür" demişti. O da demişti ki:         "(Kesinlikle) ben de diriltirim ve öldürürüm." İbrahim: "Şüphesiz Allah güneşi          Aynı şekilde doğudan doğurur, sen batıdan doğdur." deyince, inkarcı afalladı.          (Rab olan) Allah, zulmeden zalimler topluluğunu doğru yola sevk etmez ki. 259. Altı üstüne gelmiş, ıpıssız duran bir beldeye uğrayan kimseyi görmedin mi?          Bu kişi: "Allah, bu şehri ölümden sonra nasıl olur da diriltecek ki" demişti.          Allah onu, öylece tam olarak yüz yıl ölü halde bıraktı. Sonra onu diriltti.          Kendisine; O dedi ki: "Ne kadar kaldın?" O: "Bir gün veya bir günden de az" dedi.          Allah ona: "Hayır, bu şekilde yüz yıl kaldın, Yiyeceğine, içeceğine bakıver.          Resmen bozulmamış bile. Eşeğine de bak. Bunu yapmamız insanlara ibret içindir          Apaçık olan kemiklere de bak.
