042 | Raid Team | Suicide, Caz

Warning: suicide is the major talking point of this conversation, if this is not a topic you are interested in, I would highly encourage taking a look at a more lighthearted episode. This podcast's intent is to share stories, regardless of how heavy or lighthearted they are with the goal of sharing knowledge to motivate, inspire, or arm individuals with the right tools to tackle life. // Today is Episode #2 featuring Caz, owner of Raid Team. We spent time a couple weeks ago combing through his story, but today we go down the rabbit hole on his Suicide attempts, varying disorders, and how he has learned to manage a lot of the life he has lived and demon's he's facing. @raidteamco https://raidteamco.com/ www.vanguardstories.com
