In this episode we talk about time, and the ways that we are spending it inefficiently. We start off by acknowledging ways that society has created "norms" when it comes to life and how you can spot them out in your own life. Then we talk about big time wasters and how we can make some adjustments to get more out of not only our day but the people and activities in it.
