Yes, I know what you think of me, never show up, never show up. God, the light breeze. Welcome, never show up. On your host Rose Crest today is April 23rd, 2026.
And we are talking about caught a light sneeze, of course. This song is about wanting to do anything to keep a relationship going, but also trying to get rid of the possession. And the energy of this song is the edifice, the transparent and permanent edifice that we have built around relationships in our own minds, comes tumbling down. What are we left with?
And here in this song, we become very much like the breeze being pulled in directions, pulled to the left side where their boys pulled to the right side, where their boys and even the center where their boys, but they're still clinging to this hope of this relationship that's just not there. So there's a sense of transparency about our desires, transparency around what we have built, and that it's just not real. And so to get in connection with that sense of transparency, the ways that we are pulled, but also starting to come into the grounded foundation that keeps us from being pulled in all of these directions we use gate pose. You might want cushion for your knees with this one.
You'll come down onto the ground on in a high knee position. So you're on your knees, the feet are behind you. Now you can curl the toes under and have the ball of the foot down, which may help with stability here for a moment, press down through the knees, lift and lengthen the spine up. We're going to take the right leg and you're extending it out to the right.
Two ways to do this the first way is that you can place your foot flat on the floor, but be nice and strong. This does cause a little stretch in the outer ankle. I don't particularly like this way. Instead, I like to rotate my toes up towards the sky, grounding through the heel, so you're pressing through the heel, but watch your knee.
So you're not hyper extending that joint. Your hips are pointed forward to that leg is out to the side and nail here to soften exhale, press down through the heel of the right foot and the knee of the left leg to lengthen the spine up. And then on your next inhale, float your arms up over your head, but exhale and release the shoulder blades down the back. We've got an engagement in the mid back region.
Your Lectisimus muscles arms are up in a V-ish pose. We'll inhale here again. And then with the exhale begin to tilt out over your right leg, inhale center, exhale tilt towards the left, and you're going to find your abs working. So legs are grounded, abs are strong.
And it's that strength enough to be able to sway in the breeze. You've caught a light breeze here and from your arms, you are becoming that light wave lightning seed exhaling to one side, inhaling through center, exhaling to the other sides. You're riding the winds of the breath, instead of riding the winds of this person that has had us caught, that has had us stuck in an obsession and almost feeling possessed. Instead, we're moving with the winds, moving with our intuition, moving with that inona energy here.
To release, come back to center, exhale the hands down to the hips, inhale, exhale, bring the right knee to center. And then as you're ready, you'll extend the left leg and continue on the other side. And with that, thank you for joining me and Dory for little mental yoga today. Remember, five minutes a day is so much better than 60 minutes once a week.
And I hope you'll join us on Sunday for a book like where we discuss the story of. Oh, bye. Thank you so much.
