Yes, I know what you think of me, you never shut up, never shut up, never shut up, never shut up, never shut up. Mysteries hidden for centuries will rise again. Welcome to Never Shut Up. I'm your host, Rose Cress.

Today is April 28th, 2026, and we are moving into the energy of the Circle of Seasons, or really the song is just Circle of Seasons. I absolutely love this song. Christmas Tide was the Christmas album that I wanted, and I don't, well, I try not to just listen to it at Christmas, because it's a great album. Circle of Seasons is about opening yourself, especially that line, Mysteries hidden for centuries will rise again, running with the rain, forever young in our hearts.

So here we are opening ourselves up to the infinite knowledge of our souls, which is forever young. There is that part of you that continues, and continues, and continues, that doesn't ever cease to be. And to really dive into the depths of that, we do need to open ourselves up to that infinite knowledge, opening ourselves up to the mysteries that are hidden in the world around us. Well, they're only really hidden under our egos, and under our greed, and all the things we want.

Like, you know, if you didn't get a dragon egg, or you didn't get a listening release party, you will get to hear the album, and that's okay. There's so much more to be had. So with that said, the practice then to start opening yourself wide, to allow the mysteries of the universe to unfold, to rise again within you, is Ardha Mandalasana. So this is a half wheel pose.

There are a number of ways to do wheel pose, but we're going to do a half wheel pose. So we'll start in a table position. You can take a couple of breaths here in your table position, adjusting yourself. And then on your next inhale, we'll take the left knee in towards the nose, and then send it out long behind you.

So your left leg is straight, the ball of the foot is on the ground, and your right knee and right hand are on the earth. Inhale here, and then with an exhale, begin to rotate your weight onto your right knee and your right hand as you fly the left arm up into the sky. Inhale, exhale, and then begin to arch back gently. That left arm may come up next to your ear as you imagine reaching from your left fingertips down through your body to the outside edge of your left foot.

Breathing here, the more you backbend, the more your heart open here, the more we open to the mysteries of the universe that have been hidden for centuries, that desire to flow through us, that wisdom. We can imagine that our left arm up in the air is just like that flaming sword of wisdom, and it's cutting through all of the cords that bind us, all of those things where we could just let go, without fanfare, without acknowledgement, without anybody even knowing what happened. We can just let go and welcome the absolute fullness of our being to rise within us to fill the space. And then when you're ready, slowly begin to unwind to find your way back into your table position.

Let's take a big breath here, and then with an exhale, release your hips into a child's pose where we balance that will to open and expand with the will to come home to this body. Maybe even as though we've brought a piece of those mysteries into ourselves. We're tasting of the nectar of immortality to observe it as we rest in our child's pose. When you're ready, slowly rise to do the other side.

And with that, I thank you for joining me and Tori for a little mental yoga today. Remember, five minutes a day is so much better than 60 minutes once a week. Thank you. Bye.

Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye.

You never shut up.
