044: Being a Guinea Pig, In a Cannabis Study w/ Alaine and Tiana

This week's a fun one. Over the past few days, Tiana, Alaine and I have been immersed in a study in a clinical trial for testing the efficacy of cannabis oil. It was a zany and playful week full of forgetfulness. After having been in a controlled environment, we took the time to reflect on the fundamentals of what it means to be healthy. We explore the importance of sunlight, putting your feet on the earth, and nourishing food.
