044 Deborah S Hart-Serafini, Foreign Service to Podcasting

DEBORA HART-SERAFINI,  has one of the most unique timelines you'll find; from her time in the Navy to her service in the State Department's Foreign Service. While in the Foreign Service, she specialized in public diplomacy.
