044 - Steve Steele III

Another year, another first round exit for the Toronto Maple Leafs, and who else to review the calamity than the one and only Steve Steele himself! We begin by giving an honest assessment of the Habs, break down what went right - and wrong - and he breaks down how much blame belongs to coach Sheldon Keefe & GM Kyle Dubas. We then shift to the on ice product: is roster construction the issue? What do the veterans offer going forward? Are the young core as good as their contracts? Steve leaves no stone un-turned from the returning core to the pending free agents. Steve then breaks down (buries) Mitch Marners status going forward: What went wrong? How can this be fixed? Which team does Steve think he would fit in a nice trade package? Steve is co-host of the Sherlocked Podcast alongside Down the Pub Podcast legend and guru Anthony Abbott, as well as former co-host of the Armchair Commentary with the extremely talented Dave Smith. Make sure you go check out both projects for more of Steve's unfiltered opinion & high energy conversation. Appreciate you brother, see you soon!
