"Everybody run - it's a flock of Birds!" And then someone throws a Lime in the mix and pandemonium breaks out! Have you seen the scooters that are littering the city lately? Or perhaps you've witnessed - or been part of - one of the hair-raising stunts and near-collisions (and collisions)? The Bird and Lime scooters are sharing the roadways and sidewalks now in Columbus and many other cities - and throughout OSU's campus. What are the legal and safety ramifications that surround this newer, Uber-ized, mostly unregulated mode of transportation?
