047 – Cierra Runge: USA Olympic Gold Medalist in Swimming

Connect with Cierra.  Instagram: @CierraRunge Cierra is an extremely down to Earth, fun-loving, awesome person who just happens to be a badass Olympic Gold Medalist!  We had a great chat and you will hear everything from work ethic, being grateful, and being humble while winning or losing.  This is an amazing woman with so much value to give all of us. Cierra has competed all over the world in numerous events.  She won 4 Medals at the 2013 World Junior Swimming Championships including Gold in the 4x200-meter freestyle relay!  In 2014 Pan Pacific Swimming Championships in Australia, she placed 2nd in the 400-meter freestyle, 4th in the 1500-meter freestyle, and 5th in the 800-meter freestyle.  Then, in the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio, Cierra won a GOLD MEDAL in the 4 x 200 freestyle relay.  She speaks about the value of trusting teammates, supporting each other, and camaraderie.  This is a MUST LISTEN for anyone into personal growth, sports, or just looking for an upbeat, fun interview!
