047 How to End a Coaching Relationship

In this week's episode we are talking about how to end a coaching relationship. It is often an overlooked part of the coaching relationship and yet it is so important.  We discuss: how to start with the ending even in session 1 ways to honour the contract with your client and also set good boundaries ensuring we are supporting our client to become their own inner coach different questions you can use when ending a relationship  modelling ending well with their client as a learning experience reflecting on warning signs that might see the relationship prematurely  Endings can occur both prematurely and at the end of the block of coaching. Coaching can naturally come to an end and it is important to recognise this. Establishing positive endings in coaching can make a huge impact on your coachee and can support them to move forward positively.
