If you coach or lead others then you will know that what you believe about someone and how you interact with them, influences the level of transformation and change they experience when working with you. The presuppositions of NLP are essentially a set of beliefs and principles that guide thinking and behaviour. In leadership and coaching they can greatly enhance the way you communicate and interact bringing about personal change effectively. When you coach and lead through the lens of these presuppositions you open up a dialogue that invites self awareness, personal responsibility and empowerment for change.In this episode I continue to explore more NLP presuppositions that will be useful for you coaching practice.
