047 How to Use the NLP Presuppositions in Coaching and Leadership

If you coach or lead others then you will know that what you believe about someone and how you interact with them, influences the level of transformation and change they experience when working with you. The presuppositions of NLP are essentially a set of beliefs and principles that guide thinking and behaviour.
