048 - HELL OR HIGH WATER
from The Movie Exchange Hosted by Carolyn
For our first watch of 2025, The Movie Exchange hosts Carolyn and Colin watched Hell of High Water, a modern Western from 2016 that has been on Carolyn's rewatch list for quite some time. Written by one of the cohosts' favourite writers, Taylor Sheridan, and starring Chris Pine, Ben Foster, Jeff Bridges and Gil Birmingham, this movie is both action packed and moving. With visuals and themes that stick with you long after the credits roll, this movie gets 2 thumbs up from our team. A rare movie that earns its run time, we highly recommend giving it a watch. Next up? Action Rom Com Mr Right, starring Anna Kendrick and Sam Rockwell. As always, we are brought to you by Frosty's Pub in Mount Pearl Square at 760 Topsail Road.
