They started the company out of a crazy idea of creating Korean inspired sausages and put the world on notice when they won The Great Food Truck Race Season 3. Since then, they have grown the brand through multiple distribution channels including being a mainstay at the LAFC Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles. Prior to founding Seoul Sausage, Yong worked in the marketing and advertising industry. He is skilled in Digital Strategy, Account Management, Mediums, Technology and Business Development specializing within the Culinary sector.
