05/01/25 SCCRTC P8 - Hwy 1 41st Avenue to Soquel Drive Aux Lanes cost overruns

The RTC in partnership with Caltrans is currently constructing the Highway 1 auxiliary lanes and bus-on-shoulder project between the Soquel Avenue/Drive and 41st Avenue interchanges.RTC is the project sponsor, and Caltrans is the implementing agency for construction.
