COLORADO DEMS ARE TRYING TO SCREW US ON ROADS You're not even going to believe this. Yesterday I mentioned a ballot initiative that would force the Legislature to spend money collected for roads on ACTUAL roads and not some pie in the sky multi modal crap. Now the Legislature has responded with Colorado House Bill 26-1430 bill that would significantly restructure transportation funding and reduce key user-based revenue streams contingent upon passage of a that ballot measure. They want to REDUCE the amount of money going to transportation JUST TO SCREW VOTERS WHO WANT THEIR ROADS FIXED.
