紫外线怎么影响我们的眼睛？ and why do we need sunglasses 我们为啥要戴墨镜？ this is from Kieran 这是 Kieran 提出的问题。 ultraviolet light or UV light 紫外线也就是UV光 is a type of light wave that can damage our eyes 是一种会损伤眼睛的光波 in the same way it can damage our skin 就像它会损伤皮肤一样 even a short burst of UV light can 哪怕短时间照射紫外线 cause your eyes to turn red and puffy 也会让眼睛红肿 and they can feel gritty like you've got sand in them
