V jednom průzkumu jsem četla, že v České republice jen 5 % lidí udává, že umí velmi dobře jeden cizí jazyk. To je docela málo, nemyslíte? Podle mě je jedním z důvodů (neříkám, že jediným) pasivní konzumování předkládaných informací a málo aktivního učení. A tady vidím kámen úrazu. My máme tendence se často jazyk učit místo toho, abychom ho začali v našich životech používat. A ne, nepotřebujete čekat, až se dostanete na vyšší úroveň pokročilosti, abyste mohli jazyk začít používat. Co ale potřebujete, je změnit přístup a přemýšlení o celém procesu učení a obklopování se jazykem, který chcete ovládnout. Proč pasivní přístup nefunguje?
