05 | Solve 90% of your Content Problems with a Content Day

from Content Built THIS Podcast · host Leeon George/ The Content Magnet

In this episode, I share how a Content Day solved 90% of your content problems: Inside of my Content Retainer Service, Iinclude 3-hour in-person Content Day that we can use to record videos for theupcoming month and that’s because in this service my team and I handleeverything else and from this Content Day, clients now have photos and videosthat they use for their content, for their stories, for their websites…foranything. It makes it super easy for them to show up. So now that we know what is a content day, let’s talk about how it solves 90% of your content problems: 1.     You’ll show up no matter whatWhen you do a Content Day, you’re focusingon multiple pieces of content at once. This means that you are now ahead withyour content and why this matters is that we don’t know what next week willbring. We don’t know what the next 2 weeks will bring and we definitely don’tknow what the next month will bring. What a content day does is set you up forcontent success no matter what’s happening in your work life or personal life. A lot of time you fail to be consistentwith our content because something got in the way and that something took yourtime, your focus, your energy and as a result, your content got sidelined andyou find yourself saying “I’ll create content when this thing is no longerhappening…”What having a monthly content day does isensure that while life is happening, your content is running in the backgroundwhich increases the chances of you signing clients while life is lifing. Idk about you but for me, when life feelshard, it does help to know I opened my Instagram and say someone asking aboutmy paid service.   2.     Your content becomesmore strategic and less randomCurrently it could be that when it comes tocontent creation you’re winging it based on how you feel in the moment or whatfeels good to you. What having a content day does is that isallows you to map content around:-       your offers and communicate itin a way is clear to your audience-       your client most urgentproblems and how your offer can solve it-       your client wins andtransformations-       your personal wins andtransformations. Content goes from “what do I feel likesharing” to “what makes sense for me to share based on my income goals andlifestyle goals.  This means that when you prioritize contentmonthly days, you increase the likelihood of singing new clients because you’llbe sharing the content that leads people toward working with you.3.     You save HOURS of timeevery single weekWhat you could be doing right now isspending 30minutes to an hour – coming up with a content idea, mapping out thecontent, recording the video or designing the content and writing captions forthe idea. But when you have a content day, you’ll bespending an intentional block of time focusing on recording multiple pieces ofcontent, this way, you can use the same 30 minutes editing 5 pieces of contentvs just one. As a result, you’ll be creating morecontent in less time which means you have more time for clients, rest, relationships, workouts, and real life. 4.     You build a lifestylethat isn’t run by contentThis is the biggest benefit.A Content Day allows you to:• take weekends off• travel without scrambling• enjoy slow mornings• live fully offlineResult: abusiness that supports your life — not the other way around.Join Content Retainer Service: https://thecontentmagnet.co/retainer/Join The Ultimate Content Academy: https://thecontentmagnet.co/academy/LINKS:Email list: https://dashboard.mailerlite.com/form...Instagram: instagram.com/thecontentmagnet/Website: https://thecontentmagnet.co/For business collabs and speaking opportunities: [email protected]
