There is a strong entrepreneurial flavour to tonight's show. In many ways it is a showcase of the creative, risk-taking, passionate culture that is developing in Adelaide and South Australia. First up, Caitlin Hillson, tells us about her inspiration for launching a new food tourism business, Feast On Foot. How far would you walk for your supper? I think, with Caitlin at the helm, you'd be willing to walk a square mile! Next up, we chat with Nick Kellett from Canada, the co-founder of Listly. Listly is an online service that lets you create lists of items, places, foods - you name it - and share them socially for business or personal reasons. Then Susan Lily, our Nigel for the night, gives us insights into an explosion of creativity happening in the FOOM competition for singers and songwriters (our own Brett Monten is a contestant).
