What causes us to do the things we do? Get the results we get? And feel the way we feel? I totally like to geek out on why our minds do what they do, the foundations of neuroscience, how to change our limiting beliefs, and more, all in the pursuit of being able to live the lives that our souls deep down truly desire. And build the relationship with food that allows us to live the lives we’re meant to.
