Her blog features delicious, nourishing seasonal recipes and simple strategies for a well-nourished life, and has been featured in countless national online publications. When she's not working, Kara loves going for nature walks and hikes, trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time at home in Boston, Massachusetts with her husband and baby boy on the way - due at the end of May!
