Selbstorganisation in der Schule? - Geht das? Seit einem Jahr ist János Lilienthal an der Heinrich-von-Kleist-Schule in Papenburg nun Schulleiter. Seine Vision ist es, mehr Selbstorganisation und größere Gestaltungsspielräume zu ermöglichen. Um diese Schulentwicklung bestmöglich zu gestalten, hat sich die Schule entschieden, mit Kibun eine Datengrundlage für die Schulkultur über den gesamten Zeitraum zu erheben. Nach 6 Monaten tausche ich mich nun mit János aus, welche Erfahrungen und Erkenntnisse sie bereits gesammelt haben.
