051: Don't Be Afraid of the Haters!

In this episode, we recapped a few of the strict rules and lessons surrounding 75 Hard.  We talked about always moving forward and striving for the best so you don't have to go in reverse or start over.  We talked about a story of some negative energy we received from some haters and the realities of negative attitudes and misinformation fed by a broken world.  We covered that we should welcome haters and never let them get past our armor with their negative darts.  We talked about cutting the "fat" and negative energy and attracting those positive, unbelievable results we all seek.  Let's go!
