Would you rather have someone be blunt with you or someone who tells you what you want to hear?  Well this is a story about how a prospect ended the conversation early because he was very clear about what he wanted in order to make a deal happen with my systems and process virtual assistant agency.  When you are selling anything, the more clear your customers are the better... even if it hurts your feelings.
