051 Speech Therapy

Next up is part two in our three-part series on the therapies that are important to understand if diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. This episode we focus on speech language pathology or therapy. I am guessing a lot of this information will be new to most of you. It was to me.  The speech language pathologist professionals help with communications disorders, cognitive-communication disorders, voice disorders, and swallowing disorders. We may encounter any or all of these at some point on our journey with this disease.
