Dean Schroeder is co-author (with Alan Robinson) of "The Idea-Driven Organization.” As an educator, Dean is the Herbert and Agnes Schulz Professor of Management at Valparaiso University. As a consultant and speaker, he has worked with many types of companies and organizations in North America, Europe, and Asia.
