Served in church youth choir for 10 years, plays guitar and piano, loves to run, bike, and hike. Some of Pavels goals are to open a physical therapy clinic, run the Boston marathon and 100 mile ultra, compete in a triathlon, help people make sense of pain and make small/gradual lifestyle changes that will improve overall health.
