#053 Energy Healing & Honouring Yourself with Ann Keenaghan

from Curiosity & Consciousness Podcast · host Karen Maloney

My guest this week is Ann Keenaghan. Ann is passionate about helping others to connect with and value their true selves, connecting with what she believes is the true essence of each of us, our soul.   Ann started her career working the in the Bank, before she was appointed Co-Ordinator of the Money Advice and Budgeting Service (MABS) for County Cavan, Ireland. While in MABS, she had seen so many people lose their self-value when they faced loss of a job, relationship, car, business, home or all of these. She also became more aware of how society, and often formal education, has conditioned us to rate our sense of self-worth on these material possessions or status.   In 2004, Ann's interest in holistic health and wellness grew, and she trained as a Kinesiologist and later became an Integrated Energy Instructor and trainer, running regular workshops and classes in IET. She is a student of Qi Gong and she also delivers talks on wellness in workplaces and to other groups.  She has recently become a Mamó (grandmother) and loves the new opportunities to play, read fairy stories and enjoy teddy bear picnics again. http://www.annkeenaghan.com
