(31:20) Make it simple and easy to get a YES to get them into your database. (32:05) Simple things like how to make your house smell great for your open house. (32:40) THEN – email them weekly. Learn a simple process. (33:05) If you implement one or two of these things and start implementing you'll see HUGE results.
