日出而作、日落而息,是大自然赋予我们的生活节奏。我们会把这种“昼夜节律”称为“生物钟”。那么,“生物钟”究竟是如何形成的?为什么熬夜之后会一直犯困?为什么“倒时差”让人这么难受?我们体内的“生物钟”是如何运行的?psy:“生物钟”真的存在吗?勘误:节目中提到,“生物钟”用来接收光信号的部位不是我们常用的视网膜,而是在鼻子附近的一些特殊的细胞。这里有一个bug(抱歉啦……):其实这个特殊的细胞也是在我们的视网膜上,叫作“光敏视网膜神经节细胞(RGCs)”,而所谓的“鼻子附近”,是指它在视网膜上靠近鼻子的地方,所以,我们并不是通过鼻子来调节“生物钟”的!!!(更详细的解释会在下一期节目中补充说明 :-P)
