On this episode Adam welcomes Bert Sorin on to the show. Bert is the co-owner and president of Sorinex, one of the world's leading manufacturers of high-performance strength training equipment. This includes racks, rigs, barbells, plates, and a host of other top of the line equipment that can be found in some of the most elite gyms on the planet. At face value, this episode is about training and training equipment but that's just a small part of this discussion.
